UK delivery is FREE on weekdays by our specialist’s courier, Fragilistics.

We offer FREE delivery on weekdays to addresses in mainland UK and Northern Ireland on ALL orders.

Our specialists courier will call you before we deliver to ensure that the delivery date is convenient and that someone will be available to sign for your art; Fragilistics will also drop you an email or text which allow you to change your time slot or reschedule to another day.

Returns
We understand that sometimes you may need to return a piece of art, and we want to make the process as simple and convenient for you as possible.

You can return any purchase within seven days of receipt. Please use the original packaging. We’ll pay for and arrange collection at any time to suit you from Mondays to Fridays. You’ll be refunded in full when the piece arrives back with us, directly to either your bank, debit or credit card.

Other things you need to know

Every piece of art that leaves our gallery is personally inspected by us, and then expertly and carefully packed using foam edging, bubble wrap and cardboard sleeves. As Fragilistics specialise in moving art and mirror products every piece is handled with care, there are no automated machine’s moving items around so they are less likely to be damage like other couriers.

We shall always try to get deliveries out within 2-3 weeks. But as our art has to be signed by the artist then sometimes on very rare occasions it may take a couple of weeks longer. If the artist is on holiday or unable to sign the print straight away then we shall let you know and keep you fully updated on any possible delays and the status of your order at all times.
